“Navigating relationships is hard enough, but then there’s the realization that you also have a relationship with the person most of us struggle with the most—ourselves. I didn’t even realize that was a thing, working on my relationship with myself. I had always just struggled to get up in the morning and beat myself up all day about being...myself. I knew what self care was supposed to be but I needed some support and encouragement that I am on the right winding path to taking care of myself so I can be a better person and partner. Annah has been helping me change my perspective on our journey together, making sure I can learn to give myself grace like I would for others. I went in thinking, “A relationship coach...so we are going to talk about sex!” Sex is only a part of relationships, there is so much more that deserves to be sifted through before you can even work on the sex part. For example, especially in BDSM and other “alternative” lifestyles, communication. And again, not just with your partner but with yourself. Something that I think some people may find appealing about Annah is that she is more than qualified to help, but she’s not a councilor. Meaning she can and will tell it like it is and has her own experiences in life in general and in a lifestyle that is considered alternative and taboo, to which I can relate. Having someone to help you work with and through the mysterious mind of your partner(s) and/or your own mind that isn’t as close to the situation as you are can be extremely helpful. I believe needing/wanting a relationship coach does not always mean there is something wrong in the relationship(s), it means you care enough about your partner(s) and yourself to be on this journey of life together. ”

"Annah helped me through the processing of an emotionally abusive relationship. Her advice was spot on and made me realize I am not alone, and gave me the appropriate tools to move forward and believe in myself again. The difference between Annah and a therapist is within the framework of the conversation. She gives real actionable help and develops a plan with you based on your goals. I would recommend this to anyone who is having a hard time with a relationship transition, or needs new actionable goals to achieve in relationships. I truly believe that her advice sped up my healing and processing of my toxic relationship. Annah is amazing."
