Coaching.
As a coach, Annah walks with you through a journey of self discovery as a guide, a challenger and an educator. She works with couples and individuals in a client centered approach to better relationships with yourself and others. Annah’s job is to support you in healthy exploration.
Education.
We offer a variety of workshops on self care, wellness, improving relationship connections in the workplace and diversity training for mental health and medical professionals.
